My husband and I received delivery of our new bed today! It's so beautifully made and unlike anything else we could find when shopping around other furniture stores in the area. We love the unique, timeless design and high-quality craftsmanship. The sales representative we worked with was kind and professional without ever making us feel pressured, and the delivery crew was also very courteous and quick with the setup. 10/10 highly recommend!

Love this place. The furniture, of course, is amazing craftsmanship. And the staff are as customer service friendly as you would want. I purchased an entire bedroom suite a few years and wanted to add an armoire that was not in the catalog. The craftsman was able to work me on the design and custom made it to fit the older style. Love it. The unit is large and heavy and the winding hallways, stairs and low ceilings in our 1935 colonial style home made it very challenging to carry it up to the master bedroom, but the two delivery men accomplished it with ease (and maybe a little back pain later, haha). Thank you!

I needed six Windsor style chairs to be made and delivered before family arrived for Christmas 2023. I was shown a sample of rustic walnut they had on the floor , selected my style and was given an estimated time to delivery that they beat by a day . Beautiful , high quality result I continue to enjoy every day . I highly recommend this company and their friendly staff service.

We ordered and just received living room furniture and a kitchen table. Everyone from the sales staff (she stayed well after the store was closed to make sure that we were able to get everything we needed in just the right color) to the delivery team was very kind and so helpful! We received our items within the time frame quoted. There was a small blemish on one of our chairs and the delivery team promptly came to get the chair and brought it back the next day fixed to our satisfaction. You won’t be disappointed if you shop here. This is our second time purchasing from them and we will be back a third time soon.

Do not be confused or believe this place sells 'Amish Furniture', it does not. It's Amish in name only. Avoid this problematic overpriced stripmall Furniture store and save $$$$$. Not recommended.

Amish Elegance's entire team from sales to service goes out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and that they deliver the highest quality product and experience possible. We have purchased twice and in both cases Amish Elegance sales and delivery team have been perfect. The delivery team takes great care of both the furniture and our new home. I highly recommend both the high quality furniture as well as their delivery team. You won't go wrong.

Of all the furniture stores we visited looking for a dining room table, Amish Elegance was the best. The quality and workmanship was superior to anything we had seen. We ordered a 72 inch table and upholstered chairs and we're so pleased to know that it is quality craftsmanship, but also made in America. Unfortunately it will take 20 weeks but will be well worth the wait. We will definitely go back and order some other things we will need in our new house. Wonderful decorative items are also carried.

It was really a positive experience working with everyone at Amish Elegance. The salespeople were helpful and went out of their way to help us make the best choices. The movers were great; they were curtious, helpful, on time and very personable. The furniture is beautiful and well made. We would highly recommend working with them because of the quality of their product and staff. We will certainly go back if we need anything. We are new to the area and have had to deal with a lot of different vendors and working with them has been one of the most positive and professional experiences we have had.

I always knew of the Amish furniture quality from years past. Was so happy to find a store right here in Knoxville. After looking in all the run -of-the-mill furniture stores, I decided to go to Amish Elegance and check it out. I walked in and was greeted by Angie Carroll. I thought that there is no way I could afford a dining room set from there. I got some information from her and her card. After about a week, I called her and asked her if she remembered me and she did. I wanted to come back in and talk to her to just see if I could swing this. I knew what I wanted and it could only be a certain size to fit into my dining area. I also only had a certain amount of money to spend. She worked it all out with me and stayed around my budget amount. Sent for some stain samples on oak and sent me home with them to try to match as close as possible to my hutch. My furniture came on Tuesday and it is absolutely beautiful !!!! Almost a perfect match. The quality is beyond anything I have ever seen before and that includes the personal service. The delivery guys were great and very careful with my floors. Thank you Angie for making my dreams come true. Susan Ericks

In the summer of 2019, we bought a gorgeous table from Amish Elegance. It is 60 inch round with 2 leaves, making it 60X84 oval. When fully extended it can accommodate 8 to 10 normal size dining chairs. We have 6 large chairs (26" wide) and they fit nicely with the leaves in place.Our experience at Amish Elegance was delightful! The sales rep (Chad) and even the delivery staff (Axton for one) were professional and knowledgable. At each step they cared to ensure that we were happy with our dining table. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality-constructed, timeless piece that you can keep forever and hand down to your children.

Sorry to be long winded but I have to tell this story.We purchased a floor model table from here in the past and absolutely loved the table.When my wife went back at a later date she saw a mirror/ jewelry cabinet she liked and ordered one in the color and accessories she wanted. Unbeknownst to her this is when the nightmare began.All this was done in November 2018. We received the piece in February 2019. We expected to wait on the piece but didn't expect the piece to be damaged in process of it being made and it being sent out to us anyways.My wife called and gave her grievences with the piece of furniture. They graciously pick the piece up and since they were going to have to reorder the piece my wife made changes to the color of the wood and the felt inside to be black.My wife inquired about the lock that you can purchase to have put on the cabinet and the owner at Amish elegance said she would have one out on for free for our troubles.She was told by the owner that she would personally go and make sure that everthing was done correctly and that they would have the piece in by may.May came and nothing, no phone call to update her as to the status of the piece.My wife calls and then they tell her it would be the first week of June. It came and went.In the end She received the piece today 7-2-19. The cabinet looked fine but the felt that was supposed to be black is red and the key lock that was supposed to be installed on the cabinet was not there.So don't hold your breath if you recieve a piece that is damaged and expect to get a replacement fast because it won't happen even if they say they will get it on the fast track. It took longer to get it the second time than it did to get it the first time.Love their furniture but the customer service aspect is lacking. It's almost like once they have your money they could care less what happens. I hate to say it that way but that's how it feels.

Matches perfectly the old table from my aunt's farmhouse...not a popular stain for today, but I chose it specifically to match this old, beloved table. Well worth the wait for personal attention.

My husband and I traveled two hours from our home to search for a china cabinet for our dining set. After searching every furniture store in the Knoxville area, we drove by the Amish Excellence store in Knoxville and decided to stop in. It was the best decision we could have made. We were able to look at numerous china cabinet options, select the wood, the finish and even the handles and knobs. When it arrived, it was fabulous! Truly a work of art, custom designed to our specifications. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Angie and staff were wonderful to work with. We will be back!

I ordered a desk from Amish Excellence, and it was with out a doubt one of the finest crafted pieces of furniture I own.I love woodworking as a hobby and built a desk or my wife out of white oak solids and plywood. The desk from Amish Excellence was better than the one I made. The finish was beautiful and the craftsmanship was superior. Angie & her staff took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered several suggestions. There was no pressure to purchase as I took my time in deciding how I wanted my items to be finished. The delivery guys were great as well. The overall time to have my pieces built took a little longer than expected however, they are absolutely 100% beautiful & just what I had wanted! We will definitely purchase from Amish Furniture again in the future.

Amish Excellence has amazingly beautiful and the highest quality Amish furniture in the area. We had been looking for some chairs for our new custom table and found just what we needed. The owners spent a great deal of time with us, you will not find better service. Even if you are not looking for furniture but looking for accents or lighting for your home this is the store to visit. We highly recommend that you just drop in... you never know what you might find.

Angie and the Amish Excellence team provide the best shopping experience. Their selection is unmatched and of the highest caliber. I ordered a quarter sawn white oak bed and received it in half of the estimated time. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of the piece and the quality of the lumber used. Our order included a Bed, Dresser, 2 Night Stands, and a double chest. The workmanship and quality was definitely nicest we have ever had. All newly made. Rustic Cherry wood and finish. Great care in delivery and set up. Currently considering purchase of a couple more pieces for another room in our house. Lot more convenient than driving to Nashville or Ashville or Ohio. Great service.

Amish Excellence certainly lived up to their name in our experience with them. The attention and service we received from Angie & Bob Carroll was nothing short of excellent! They helped us choose just the style of bed we wanted, they helped us match the finish stain to complement the cherry furniture we already had in our bedroom, and Angie helped me figure out dimension details, so that our mattress would fit perfectly when the bed arrived. The hard part was waiting for our bed to be made and delivered. But once it arrived, we were very impressed with the efficiency and skill of the delivery men as they set the bed up for us and put the mattresses in place. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase from Amish Excellence. Every aspect of this purchase from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Dealing with Amish Excellence was top notch from the minute I walked in. I wanted just about every item on the showroom floor! I purchased a beautiful bed and night stands. The delivery team brought my items up 2 flights of stairs with care and they put it all together and moved it to exactly where I wanted each item before they left. A sturdy beauty is what I call my bed. If you want quality at a reasonable price from local folks you need to check out Amish Excellence. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had been looking for a lawyer's bookcase for some time and decided to stop in at the Amish Excellence store in Farragut. We were very impressed with the workmanship of all the items on display. Angie Carroll, the owner, and her husband Bobby were extremely personable, helpful and informative about the piece we wanted as well as all the furniture she sells.My husband, a woodworker in his spare time, was so impressed with the craftsmanship of the furniture on display, decided to also order a queen bed with contrasting wood inlay and matching bedside table and armoire. Amish Excellence craftsmen also make and sell mattresses so we purchased one for the queen bed as well as a replacement for our king bed at home.The order process was smooth and delivery was exceptional. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to invest in keepsake furniture pieces. Keep in mind, unless you are purchasing a floor display piece, your order will take some time for the craftsman to create. Angie does her best to estimate the time it will take by staying in touch with her craftsmen. But it's well worth the wait!

I have bought several pieces of furniture here over time. Service is always helpful and friendly. Quality of furniture is beyond reproach. Definitely heirloom material to be handed down over generations. On par with the top furniture names like Stickley but without the high end price.

Solid real wood drawer front, yes. But not from a single (or even two) boards the way you would expect amish furniture would be. Seemed like factory furniture to me, maybe it was handmade, but it didnt seem that way to me. I didn't like that they used the metal draw slides. I dont think it will be pieces of furniture that will be passed down from one generation to next. It lacked character.

The table and chairs we bought are beautiful and were designed exactly as we wanted them - nothing like one would buy in a 'box store' or a regular furniture store. We picked out the finish on the wood and I like a different kind of chair than my husband; arms were added to mine at the Amish furniture factory. Yes we had to wait them everything to be made, but the few weeks wait was worth it. Our table and chairs are beautiful. People notice them all the time. The service was outstanding as well.

My experience at Amish Excellence was the best ever. A friend (let's call him Russ) and I were looking for specific pieces of furniture one day when we stumbled on this incredible store. I was already planning to drive to Ohio to get my furniture, but Angie was able to get the exact same pieces delivered to her Knoxville store cheaper than I could purchase in Ohio (in Amish country)! The pieces were delivered exactly as promised and very quickly saving me both time & money. I highly recommend you take a look at the AWESOME product Angie has in the beautiful showroom. I tell everyone I know about my experience and you should definitely give Angie a chance to assist you with any furniture needs. Great product and good people! Definitely a friend for life!

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality, strength, and durability of the fine, hand-made furnishings we've purchased from Amish Excellence of Knoxville. Angela and her husband are very good, down-to-earth people; as is their salesman. They really know both the furniture and the craftsmen who make it. The customer service is superb and their delivery staff is excellent, courteous, prompt, and clean. The delivery is not complete until the customer is satisfied. All piece of furniture are inspected by Angela or her hubby and then by the delivery staff. If there's a mark on it that shouldn't be; they replace it or repair it at the customer's discretion. My wife an I are pleased to visit with everyone at the store and browse the latest items. We highly recommend spending your hard earned money at Amish Excellence rather than other stores.

Amish Elegance is a wonderful place to shop for furniture. Their sales and delivery staff are top tier. They make your purchase of furniture and accessories a pleasant experience. Amish made furniture is the best you can buy and the prices are about the same as you would pay for a lesser grade in other furniture stores. Do yourself a favor and shop Amish Elegance Furniture in West Knoxville.

We love the bar stools we ordered and decided to order a dining table with chairs that we had seen.
Angie and Bobby were wonderful to work with. We are in the process of building (and traveling), they allowed us to leave the table until we are ready for delivery.
